Hello there! I'm Kathryn Krispin, a dedicated National Board Certified Health Wellness Coach with a journey woven through diverse experiences. Born in Nashville, TN, I am a proud mother of three and grandmother of three.
When I was 18, I ventured abroad and experienced countless cultures and landscapes. I spent years as an expatriate due to my husband's work, residing in Caracas, Venezuela, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Nowadays, you'll find me balancing life between Nashville and Georgetown, Guyana.
My wellness journey began in my 40s, sparked by struggles with anxiety, depression, and a traumatic incident in Venezuela. Yoga became my refuge, leading me to begin yoga instructor training in Thailand and Canada.
Teaching yoga and fitness felt like a start, but I felt called to give more. Clients sought my life, wellness, and fitness advice, nudging me toward coaching. After a year-long study, I became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach in the spring of 2022.
My passion lies in guiding folks to blend their wellness goals — mind, body, and spirit. Fluent in Spanish, I bridge gaps across cultures. Most sessions are virtual, but I am available for in-person coaching if you're in the Georgetown or Nashville areas.
